I think the price/performance ratio needs to improve on these scope modules. I picked up a Rigol 50mhz scope for close to the same price, and some of the Rigols can be hac... er, tweaked to operate at 100mhz.

Personally, I'd rather purchase an older HP or Tectronics dedicated scope. There are a lot of used scopes available for the kind of money that the card costs.

If you needed to use a logic probe to watch a serial bus or other such stuff, then I think it might be a good value. It really depends on what functions you need, whether you need a really small portable scope, etc.

I've known people who have used the Pico scope usb type scopes, and they were happy with them. Of course, that was 5 years ago or so, before you could get a decent scope for under $1k.

FWIW, I'm using an old 100MHz Tektronix dual channel analog scope. Good enough for now, but I can see the day when I might want something a bit fancier... especially when it would only cost $500 or so.
