Electronics Goldmine has thin copper clad boards for cheap, but it might have to be double sided.
They also carry the scissor-cut stuff, which varies in thickness depending on when you buy it. I've gotten some really thin 0.14 mm boards from them and then ordered again a few months later and received a completely different type which was 0.26 mm thick.
