AU$100 to my door ........ Way expensive ! Butt ! Quite frankly , the cheapest New Old Stock I could find .
I really hope it is the OLD tang stamp / LOGO knife . Still , these be selling for up to ( Asking Price ) $250USD ...
If only Victorinox would do another production run . I have asked that very question off them ! And the response was .......... we are not making any more !

I got lucky. UK ebay doesn't let us trade knives, so I sometimes look on French and German ebay and other European ones. I think it was the German one, ebay.de

For the longest time I wanted ......... A Alox Farmer . Butt , for some silly reason I never shelled out the bananas . Until now !

Was a shop demonstrator ! Priced stupid up to $130 local bananas by some sellers .
Box is a little shop worn ( 98% ) butt ! The knife is crispy mint . So got it for a reasonable price compared to say unreasonable .

Now that I have seen and felt a Alox ...... Why did I wait so long ?
5c of advice ... If something NICE is tempting you ! Like a knife _ ( Just do it - Life is too short )

I bought a Pioneer X. Then discovered the special limited editions 1x 2025(red) and 2x2026(blue) and i really thought i would carry the alox more as they are really nice and feel great in hand. Not locking but the open blade is more secure than a traditional SAK.
Thing is I miss the Toothpick and tweezers.
I feel when i go out i need that toothpick especially if i go out and a meal is required.

One of my favorites is the Alox Bantam. Very very slim.
It's really just boiled down to:
1) the sharp blade,
2) that other thing you should use instead of the sharp blade when you want to keep the blade sharp.
(A.k.a. bottle opener/can opener/screwdriver)

You will not regret it. It's a terrific backup knife, or the knife you can carry when you don't have room for a knife. I have sometimes slipped it inside of my wallet, and it hardly changed the thickness.
It's the sort of thing where, I just cannot see why anyone doesn't have one.
