Yes they are both the turbo head versions.

The XPG2 PT version is the one I got and throws the farthest, but it's a very thin beam and makes around 700k lux & around 700 lumens if I remember correctly.

This is a new LED he never offered before so I dunno how it will, do, but they seem to be kicking *** in the multi LED thrower lights like the T6vn & TM16GTvn. I'd try this one if I were you, since the XPG2 did throw ridiculously far, but it's so dim and has such a small hot spot, its almost disappointing.
