Very complicated UI ...
Can you immediately access the Highest level (without turning light "OFF") when the light is turned "ON" on the low level , for example ?
Just one press like on HDS: light is "ON" on low level, press and hold → highest level, release → low level again.

Sure can. My is set so it’s hold for turbo regardless of off or on condition. However unlike the HDS it will not return to low.
 
Really it’s just like anything else. The UI is foreign until you get to know it. You first see a zebra and think, wow what a strange yet majestic looking creature. It almost doesn’t look real. Then you get closer to the zebra, eventually it allows you to feed and then pet it. You spend more time together, maybe even brushing its striped mane. Eventually you’re friends and then you can…..you guessed it….Ride The Zebra!

I received a new Zebra SC64c LE, atm it has no reflector installed, Im waiting for a Sapphire Lens before closing the light

Bob_McBob put a really nice sw45k into it for me.. This is what it looks like as a "Mule"

Mine is set up as follows.

From off:
1C = 25/7 lumens
1H = .04/1 lumen
2C = Max/80 lumens

From on, cycles 1H, 2C, 1C, effectively LHM. If I ever need to go straight to high, then it'll be from off. You could also just set it up that 2c and 1C are both max, and the only low mode has both medium and moonlight as a subset.

The UI has its shortcomings for sure, but being able to customize your own levels is pretty nifty. If only it had Novatac or Anduril programming though...

I use a similar setup on my Zebra G6 program

1C for two Medium outputs (M2, H4), for indoor distances
2C for two High outputs (H3, H1), for outdoor distances
1H for two Low outputs (L3, L2), for nightstand use

My Anduril lights use similar commands
1C for Medium
2C for High
1H for Low
 
Has the SC65c HI tail cap misaligned issue been corrected ?

They are ergonomically the best IMO. UI takes some getting used to at first, but you’ll get used to it quick and it’ll become a great light to use. Electronic side switch is great and beam quality is perfect. I’ve owned many flashlights over the years and always go back to Zebralight as a perfect EDC. HDS Rotary is the perfect UI, but it costs 4x as much. For the price Zebras are, you can’t beat them.
