I went to town today to drop off donations to the local thrift shop. In the sorting area was a plasrtic bag of flashlights. I asked the lady about them. She said they had to go to the recycler. They do not take electronics or batteries. I asked her if I could have them. She told me to just take them, so I did. I know none of these brands nor nothing about the lights. There is a lot of "fire" here. Trustfire, Ultrafire, etc. Any idea of what this stuff is?

No, but any of the lights that work are worth what you paid for them as a 'backup e-light' for non-critical use or handout for someone who just needs light.

However, some / all of those Li-ion cells I would retire/recycle on face value without even recharging them, and I would also recycle the no-name charger. You got a good deal, as long as you don't take any risks;-)
