USB-C flashlight programming?

Is anyone aware of any flashlights on the market that allow the user to program them via a USB-C cable using a computer? I find myself so often frustrated with the modes that manufacturers think are going to be useful, and I'm not interested in arcane button pressing with no real feedback.

have you considered a rotary light:

neither of those are limited by preset modes
