yeah, and its 4 times the price
900k lux, to 1300k lux is still quite a good bit
some are saying the gt will be closer to 1500 k lux
plus, its going to have a huge barrel of light down range, as opposed to a tight ball of light like the tn42 has
i cant wait till somebody mods the blf gt with this led
it might push the 2 mill lux barrier:D

I have now gotten 4300 Lumen and a tad over 900Kcd. The beam is now tuned perfect! This is still with a normal PFET driver pulling about 18A. With a developing Buck Driver pushing 20A+ we hope to improve this beast even more ;-)

This may not end up being the longest throwing flashlight, but it very well may be the best thrower, thanks to the 4300+ lumens! Great work Vinh!

900kcd is nothing to scoff at considering its 4300 lumen for the size. Honestly this is a fantastic light.

Can 1 18650 even power that beast of an LED, or is the girth of its centering ring even large enough for the led mounting board?
