    If the dried substance is from a corroded battery, then it is likely to be alkali, not acid. Energizer and Duracell both recommended using vinegar to disolve the acid.

    Surefire V70 Holster...

    My G2 rides in a SF leather holster made for the G2 and 6P (don't know model number.) Tight enough fit that it has never popped out. It rides bezel up and there is some sort of cloth covered ridge inside the holster that presses up against the barrel to make it snug.

    Has anyone add LED lights to supplement cabin light of your car?

    There are many makers of LED light bulb replacements and supplemental lights for auto applications. You can search and turn up dozens of makers. There are some who sell pre-mounted/resistored LED's on wires - relatively easy to splice into your existing wiring. They even come in different colors.
