    Any of the 4 circuit breakers could cause this problem. Please try to reset them again. If the capacitors or other part of the excitation circuit was bad I doubt half of the output would still be working at the correct voltage.

    If it is half working, making 120 volt power then it does not need to be flashed. There are quite a lot of engineer/technician types here. Perhaps one of us is near you.

    On my list of things to build is a wood fired bread oven. I will use modern store bought bricks but a simple ancient design modified to include a shelf to hold an LED flashlight at just the right angle. :)
