Hi Guys, a good friend bought a nice quality 12 LED flashlight,
... . . . . . the driver originally had 2 toroid inductor coils on it,

^^^ link to the same light,
after a very short while the driver has died,
The 6 batteries are...
yes, the low voltage (1 cell) drop in is noticeably brighter,
the 2 cell drop in, is as bright on 2 cells but dimmer when run on 1 cell,
bit silly really as they are offered in 1 cell bodys...
....other people have noticed this too
I recommend you take a look at the ultrafire drop in, SKU...
Hi Guys, ... Gunnar, i`m sure the body was machined to accept the Cree XR-E R2 emitter in the oblong pockets
there would not be enough headroom for an emitter on a alloy pcb
and on a bare MC-E the dome may be too big for the optic
i could do with a narrow beam optic but i dont know where to...
hmmm aint seen these before! ...

XPGWHT-LI-1A0-R5-0-01 is right in the middle of WC tint
very white and sought after hence the extra cost
Dereelight ....CL1H V4 3SM Cree MC-E (OP)
18650 sized body but run the MC-E drop in with 2 x rechargeable 16430
i`ve just got one, guessing 20 min run time in this config.
i also got the extension tube to run 2 x 18650 for way longer runtime
lol, its *&%$%" BRIGHT!!
