    Blackshadow Terminator (4xXM-L T6 NW, 4x18650) Review

Did anyone measure the PWM frequency? PWM frequency higher than 4KHz, would be ok. I'm sold on this light, but visible PWM flickering is a deal killer for me.

    Test/Review of King Kong ICR26650 4000mAh (Gold)

I own a couple of ICR and INR King Kong. All of them can be connected with magnets. I recommend XTAR SP2 charger. Both flat-top and button-top batteries fit and are charged quick and spot on to 4,20V, if You give them a second charge, at 0,5A, after LED went green.

    Nitecore i4 charger copy

To me it does not look like a copy, but a new model from the OEM, that makes the NiteCore charger. The components look the same, but the pcb has a newer date on it. The housing is newer, elegant design, with better grip to 16340 batteries. The vent-holes on the lower side have gone. These...

    Test/Review of Fenix 18650 ARB-L2 2600mAh (Black)

Do You have any evidence, or link to "official information" ? May be Fenix uses BAK cells, but judging from the vent-holes, it looks like Samsung cell. I doubt, that BAK cell could outperform nearly all competitors in the 2600mAh class, but that is exactly what HKJs tests show for Fenix 18650...

    **NEW** Fenix ARB-L2 18650 (2600mAh)

According to the shape of positive contact and the vent holes, Fenix uses Samsung cells. A good choice. Accept Fenix uses Samsung fakes, which I doubt.

    Jetbeam/Sysmax i4 charger question

The above manual was provided by SYSMAX, just a few days ago. It's preliminary, not final, so it may indeed have some errors. The yellow label on the backsite of the new i4 says: INPUT: AC 100-240V 50/60Hz DC 12V OUTPUT(MAX) 4.2V +/-1% /1.48V +/-1% 375mA*4 / 750mA*2

    Nextorch MyTorch 18650 (XP-G R5, PC-Programmable) Review: RUNTIMES, BEAMSHOTS+

Selfbuit, You are right. Using an AC-adapter is the way to go. As for the violation of USB specs: The issue with the MyTorch is, that it reserves only 100mA, but draws ~500mA. In case another current hungry device, for example USB-HDD, is connected to the same HUB, the bus-power may be...

    Nextorch MyTorch 18650 (XP-G R5, PC-Programmable) Review: RUNTIMES, BEAMSHOTS+

Hi selfbuild, Good review, as always. No offense, but let me point to some discrepancies, I found to my own review. http://www.messerforum.net/showthread.php?t=98333 MyTorch 18650 is not HAIII anodised, it easily scratches using a paper cutter. MyTorch uses mini-USB conector, not micro-USB...

Why no Duracell or Rayovac lithium AA's?

I do not own any Duracell Lithium AA's, but lots of Energizers, lasting for a couple of years... The real world pic was taken by a forums fellow at a food discounter in Austria. At this time Austria is the only European country, where Duracell sells them.
