    Used my Olight S1R to search the garage for the cat carrier. Had to take the cat to an evening appointment

    I also have the S2 and have a Fenix. I would stay with the Olight or a trusted manufacturer like Fenix.

    I would use the S1 Mini as my EDC to light things up in my car when I need to find something and to light up the dark places at work. I am sure many other things too.

    I received my order on Monday as well. I was an early orderer too. I've always had good serice from them. Did you order one of the lights that they sold like 5000 of and are sending out at a later date? I can't remember where I saw the info on the delivery delay and think it was for the S1?

    I have a cheap Amazon Basic AAA in mine now and it is performing just fine. I don't think it matters.
