    Batteries are 3100 mah 3.7V Panasonic protected, made in Japan. These are the best batteries I am aware of. Got on ebay.

    I bought a: UltraFire WF-502B CREE XM-L L2 LED 1600 Lumens 5-Mode. I compared it to one I bought about three years ago and the old one is much brighter. Guess I figured the newer led would be brighter...nope. What is the brightest white led in this budget light?

    How can I make a high lux red 650 lm or higher headlight?

    Is anyone willing to help me lean how I can build the brightest 630 nm or higher red led flashlight running on two 18650 Panasonic/ orbtronic batteries? Or, can I pay somebody to do it for me? I want to see how bright I can get a red light in this range of nm that is reliable.
