It might be 1000 lumens -- maybe. It is much floodier than the EC11 which makes it look less intense/bright. Take a look at the GIF comparing the EC11 to the PT16 beside the tree. It's really great, isn't it? I have a small collection of the early generation Partners (with some new drivers and emitters). I like the TIR in that generation of Partner -- but I love the TIR in the Prime. I wish I could find something very close to that for my old Partners.- rfl

My goodness. Either you have superhero like grip strength -- or more likely -- Armytek failed to properly tighten the bezel (along with making a cold solder joint). Either way, it's good to get a look inside the head. Fixing it shouldn't be a problem. Thanks and good luck.
