    Sofirn SP10 Anduril 2

Hello, I have a Sofirn SP10 with Anduril 2. I have this programmed the way I want it, except for the memory. I want to have the light turn on at the lowest brightness but not having any luck. I tried the different memory configuration steps, but maybe I'm not doing it right or maybe it can't...

    Why do you EDC?

I always have a light with me ever since I was stuck in a pitch black building where the power went out. It was not a good feeling...

    Favorite budget light 2022

Just bought a Sofirn SP10 Pro with a battery and charger. The charger is a little cheesy. Easily fits in a shirt pocket. 14500 and AA. Took me a few days to figure out the Anduril ui floor and ceiling levels and steps. I got it set up to the exact brightness levels I want with 5 steps. The...

    [Review] Fenix PD36R Pro

After the rubber cover wears, breaks off or just doesn't seal properly, the port fills with dust, dirt, sand, etc. Then the charging cable does not fit right until the port is cleaned out. Maybe the rubber covers works for most people, but it does not work for me.

    [Review] Fenix PD36R Pro

I detest any light with a flexible rubber charging port cover such as this one. There's no way it will last the way I would use it...

Convoy 12-group flashlight owners...which mode do you prefer?

On my S21B, I like to have more runtime between charges so I use group 8 because I don't need 100% brightness. And have the memory disabled, I like to have it start off at the lowest setting. I wish all lights were programmable like this...

Help Me Select A Bicycle Taillight

I have front and rear automatic lights and would recommend them. These won't light up your path but make you visible. https://www.cateye.com/intl/products/safety_lights/TL-LD570-R/

What flashlight company has the best warranty

I have a few aa led maglites that do not work. They have bad leds. They want them shipped back at my expense, which will cost more than buying a new similar maglite. Plus, their warranty does not cover leds. Never bought another maglite.

What flashlight company has the best warranty

I bought a Coast light a few years ago that failed. I didn't expect much, but took a chance and filled out the online warranty form, submitted a picture. Received a confirmation email 2 days after. Received a new similar light the following week. No fuss. No shipping costs for me. Did not...

Lights with a metal tail switch

Hi, I'm looking for a shirt pocket sized light with a metal tail switch. The reason I want metal is because I work with automotive fluids, oil, brake fluid. These fluids swell and tear the rubber tail switches after a short while. Not looking for a twist switch like a maglite. The only one I...

What light(s) is in your pocket today?

My current favorite for the last year. Not in my pocket but always in my holster Convoy with 21700 battery

What was the last LED light you purchased and why?

I took a chance and bought a Convoy S21B from ali express: Ali Express for just under $30. Comes with a 21700 battery. For options, I picked the orange peel reflector and the 12 mode groups. If I lose or break the Convoy, I'm ok with that. But If I lose or break my Fenix PD35, I'm not ok with...

    Best Automotive DMM's (non-RMS)

I have a fluke 88 that's over 25 years old and still use it today. I find the best feature is the min/max/avg readings. Have also used other meters over the years. I haven't tried all, but the absolute best meter I have used is the Snap On Vantage MT2400 graphing multimeter. It runs on 2 d...
