    The Protac has a lifetime warranty. Why don't you send your defect back to Streamlight and let them fix/replace it for you? I EDC the PT-1AA which is the older version, and if it quit working today, I'd try and have it replaced by the next day. That's how much I really like this light.

    It looks to my eyes, that the website and the lights themselves, appear to be Fenix copies. Even the model numbers are similar to those used by Fenix.

    I would think that the new Streamlight Protac 2AAA would be easier to mod to 100 lumens since it's already at 80 from the factory. It looks to be roughly the same size/form factor as the Stylus Pro as well.

    You should have also included Streamlight on your list. Sure, their lights aren't very exciting to most CPF members, but they tend to be rock solid reliable lights you can depend on to work when you need them to.
