Fred just upgraded my tasklight with Nichia 219b, perfect for reading at night and a great match to my Novoflex tripod
Fred was very helpful and patient and his work is absolute perfection!

No, I used a modified 3-level FET driver from Mountain Electronics instead of the original.

Yup, you are right YummyBacon, it is a fantastic light! Indeed, we used it last night to read a bedtime story to the kids
Added bonus: it looks like a museum piece
