Thanks for the bump, CY. Interesting, almost 2.5 years have past and I find the comments of some very respected members to be as current as if this thread was started yesterday. A real eye opener. I'm must quote McGizmo:

and leave it at that; hopefully a lot of people will read that (and other excellent comments on this thread) and reflect on what and how they're doing things on CPF.
