I accidentally ran one of my Panasonic NCR18650A batteries through the clothes washer. It looks OK. Is it safe to use or should I scrap it?

Ehhh, they're ~$10. I'd measure it just to see, but I wouldn't charge it up. It's not worth having it grenade on you.

take voltage measurement, if it is greater than 2.5v that means it is still good, just let it dry up completely before you recharge it. battery structure is virtually water proof, short immersion in water is fine as long as there are no physical damage. just keep an eye while you are charging it.

It is measuring 4.13. It was fully charged before I washed it. It did not make it to the dryer
