yes, It's a board used in a Oveready/Torchlab BOSS, so can run on 1 or 2 cells.

the gap at the head is just how it fits with the 2x16500 batteries, but the head will work fine an any e series body, single or double cell.

programming is done via the lux-rc site as with other V5 engines
