Since it's not a shop buy there won't be any receipt inside the package. Therefore nothing to process. What's writen on the package that will be taken into consideration of custom charges...up to you. It can be marked as a gift[emoji6] or a value of 10$

I always miss out on the good lights.
as far as customs go for us in the US; I have never had to pay anything that comes from overseas or Canada. I pay the seller or business and it arrives when it arrives, no additional fees/charges

I'd imagine if it wasn't sold; he would still be willing to let you have it...I'd send him a PM if you really want it. I have pm'd people before that withdrew their listing, sometimes they decide to keep or they are still willing to part with it. Never hurts to at least try.
