Had this very very low capacity 18650 for a while and today, i had time to teardown this fake lithium 18650 cell, and to my surprise it was about the size of a 16340 inside a 18650 can.
It was like a normal lithium ion should be ( rolled ).
It had no protection or vent holes whatsoever.
It did release some gas when opening it tho ( i had it discharged before opening it!! )
Look at the damn Cathode, how bad is that made ? Your opninion please 
It was not capable to give high current ( about 5mah capacity ), with a normal discarge, say 200~max 500ma, best it could give was about 120 to 140mah.
Are there any worst capacities out there ?
I have ultrafires, but not going to open these ones. They deliver somewhat 900~1000mah and they might be like a 18650 should be.
