Anyone heard or recieved from Muyshondt?

Placed an order for an Aeon on 12/19/09 on his website. Credit card was promptly charged but still haven't recieved the light or any emails. Used his "contact us" form to check the status, but nothing, thoughts?

Depends how long it is since you first contacted him about this. If 1 day, give it a little more time. He might have sent the light, and it might have been lost. Otherwise, if you have given him time, I would be annoyed. Sounds bad. In any case, I would have hoped for an email when the item was sent, along with a tracking code.
