Flashlight holsters or pouches?

Looking around on the net it seems there aren't so many flashlight pouches being made nowadays outside of gunholsters with a tactical light or some outdated Surefire or Streamlight models.

Anyone got some recommendations. I have a lot of older stuff looking for more current offerings that are high quality.

A light I can't carry is a light left home.

Most flashlight manufacturers offer their own holsters for an additional price. If your looking for a specific one try checking the manufacturers website first.

Many lights still fall into the "6P' format so those pouches will fit newer lights. Brands like Bianchi, 5.11 and Uncle Mike's are easy to find in the US. Most stores that cater to law enforcement will carry something similar. Gunshop's and army surplus stores are also a good place to start. Pouches designed for pepper spray can easily be adapted with a little ABS pipe.

Maxpedition was a few offerings that work well.

You can also look into folding knife pouches. A Gerber Gator pouch fits an Innova X0 perfectly. Just cut the knife makers logo off if you go places knives are prohibited.

Lastly you can simply buy some webbing and a snap kit. A little sewing and you have a custom made pouch.

Those are cool and more modern.
Here is one of their holsters with a Malkoff MD3.

There are several artisans on Etsy who offer leather holsters and other custom services. I bought a few custom flashlight, knife, and axe sheaths in the past few years, at reasonable prices. At the Etsy website, enter "leather holsters" in the search box and follow the inevitable rabbit trails until you find a maker whose style you like. Almost all of them post contact information, and the three craftsmen I bought from left me with very favorable impressions of each. I felt confident in my dealings with them, and pleased with the quality and durability of my purchases. Check it out and see if the leather goods on offer are something you would feel good about using.
