A few more details on what you're looking for would help. If a fairly conventional 18650 based light would suit, there's the Eagle Eye X2R. It's somewhat like the Convoy S2/S2+ except it also has a micro-USB charging port.

I have one and it works OK but I don't use it much. My main purpose for 18650 lights is winter biking, and I've found that when bike mounted the X2R is prone to spontaneously changing modes when going over bumps. But for other uses it would probably be fine.
