:welcome:

The top light is a SureFire M961, consisting of the MH90 body, the M49 thumbscrew mount, LU10 lamp module assembly, and XM tailcap. The full part number would be something like M961XM followed by a two digit number denoting the remote tape switch cable length in inches, i.e. M961XM07.

If it is a SureFire IR filter on the G2 then it would probably be the long-discontinued F16.

A whole lot of lights are no longer on Surefire's website, including the venerable 6P. Any ideas as to what's going on?

I was just wondering about that - no 6P and lots of 6P's suddenly available for cheap on Amazon/ebay/surplus sites.

Pretty sure they are slowly revamping their product lines. Sadly it looks as though the P60 format is dead as far as SF is concerned. Grab a few, bore them out and you are future proof.
I think we, or some of us, can look forward to smaller, smarter and brighter products from SF. I am also noticing a lean towards more "common" batteries like AAAs, and AAs. I guess this is because their govt contracts have slowed?? I am just hoping for some new headlamps. With SF you never know what the future holds.
