CPF in Milton Keynes happened last weekend, roundabouts and all.
Attending:
Tofty, Blue Led, Petrev, Jay R, Remoteneeded and Nycto (Oh, and my cat).
Chilling out at Cowper's Alcove, Weston Underwood.
Petrev listening to frequencies beyond human tolerances
Jay R and Nycto taking selfies
Tofty increasingly worried about the dominance of Pokemon Go from Remote and Blue (and me out of shot, but it was Shiny Wingull day)
But what about the torches, I imagine you saying, where are the bright lights, the life's blood of our obsession witnessed by our membership of this fine illuminated forum???
Well, this is it - the single shot I took of a torch the entire weekend (a Fenix LD15R by the way), magnetised to Tofty's car engine manifold)
Later on, thoughts turned to supper and we travelled several miles to the Navigation Inn in Cosgrove, on the Grand Union Canal
Lots of calzone's
Un-nervingly like a Klingon's forehead.
And then it was time to descend on Willen Lake for some Bhuddist Sparklings
TOFTY for scale
This is who we are.........and when
We did write other words...and pictures, but this is the only other one suitable here
The next day was relaxed Sunny walks, Crumpets for breakfast, and Sunday Lunch at the Swan.
Cat or Tribble? You decide which is which.
Fully crumpeted up and ready to roll
Assorted lunches...
And that was that.
In between the pictures was laughter, chats, indulgence, exercise, sleep, coffee, tea and crumpets.
I have to say - what a lovely bunch of chaps.
Great weekend.
Let's do it all again soon.
