Design a reflector like ROXIM RX5

Two months ago, I bought Roxim rx5.The reflector of RX5 is so good.Now I want to redesign the reflector of RX5.
I have no CNC lathe,so I only build the 3D modle in software.

now the light spot of rx5.

my reflector,some different to rx5's.I set the small green square as emitter.This modle will be import to LucidStudio and do simulation.
