whats its voltage range? that it can run on?

Basic driver is linear + FET so I'd imagine it's good from 4.2V down to the LED Vf ~3.0V. The upper range might be capable of lower voltages than the lower range since it's basically direct drive through the FET without overhead baked into the circuit for regulation.

Upgraded boost driver might not run down to such a low voltage although the efficiency boost likely makes up for it.
