U r right in with the R. I need to do a walk around and update the Rs. There is a pending release pop can light that will dominate interms of output vs $$$. Stil not D18vn special to me but it's a great companion with with rot66vn v2.

As you can see the ROT66 V2 head is 4mm larger than its quoted specs at 50mm due to the protruding cooling fins.
These deep fins were very well machined and should work awesome though.
Neither the D18 nor the ROT66 V2 will feel as comfortable in a pants pocket as a MK36 with rounded fins.

I would imagine it's still quite much of a nuisance to pocket carry the D18vn/ROT66 without a strong large jacket pocket. That's chunky and hefty w/3 cells. The MK36vn sure a looks a little more comfortable that's for sure.

They're all going to be a jacket pocket carry. For a pants/jeans carry you need more like a small 1x18650 or a 1x14500.

Yeah not much of a pants pocket light other than shoving in a back pocket for a moment to free a hand. I wouldn't be walking around much though.
