Wow! Looking at the reflection I would not be taking pictures at a flashlight, In fact I would not be taking pictures at all!

NICE!

I want to know why he's bothering to photograph the light?!?

He wasn't photographing the light. He was using the light as a mirror to surreptitiously take a picture of the nice lady without her getting pissed off.

Hell, it took me about five times before I even noticed it.

I'm going to do a FPPFFP (Fred Pilon Photon Fanatic Family Portrait) when one more light gets here, but in the meantime, here are some photos:

Still have a couple of Fred's lights that have been shy around the camera - that'll have to change!

Great thread idea!

That's the biggest littlest light I've ever seen, DZ! :eek:oo:

It's great light, I absolutely love mine. Think I will have to get another one. The one pictured is not mine though, well not the LE anyway.

Get em' while you can! I know there's plenty more available. ;)

Will,

Bad pics? They look great to me--and those completed Tasklight II converters look awesome!

Maybe that will spur me to make some sort of lanyard/split ring attachment for the 1/4" x 20 socket.

So let's see your PhotonFanatic lights.

Cheers, Jim

Hey Jim,

Fred is as good as it gets lovecpf

I have some of his stuff to share here but his lights etc are just a small part of why I like him.
I have spoke with him a number of times & each & every time he made me feel like a friend very easy to speak to & very easy to get along with.

He has done some work on other lights for me as well & his attention to detail is outstanding :) Thanks Fred for everything I appreciate it

I was finally able to get my PhotonFanatic lights to stand still for a family photo (those little ones sure can be hard to control!).
