Yes, I have the exact same KeepPower battery and it won't fit in my Tain Zenith which is also a 18500 light. In fact, I have two (one version has more trits in the tail than the other), and it's too tight in both. However, the AW, Efest, and AWT batteries fit just fine. Of the four different 18500 batteries I have, the KeepPower is the only one that doesn't fit. It does fit in my other 18500 lights, which are a Mr. Bulk Dragonheart, Luter multicolor LED, and Convoy S2.

You're welcome. It's really unfortunate that out of the four I've tried, you ordered the only one that doesn't fit. But at least you have several choices now of ones that will. Good luck and let us know what you decide.

Received mine about a week ago and have been researching batteries for days. Finally found a battery(18500 KeepPower 1700mAh Sanyo Protected Button Top) I thought I would love for this light. Got it today and after all the excitement, the battery doesn't fit. It's too thick by a hair and won't slide into the tube. Any suggestions on a different battery? Should I just go with a 14500 instead? Has this happened to any of you before with any other flashlights? Thanks for the help guys

The 1700mAh Keeppowers are an awesome cell, unfortunately they need at least 18.8mm for a bore, in order to slide in and out without trouble.

It has arrived. And it's pretty damn nice.
