good place for dive light batteries

I have a dive light that id like to have a spare battery for. I have a 10 watt LED dive rite umbilical light.
NiMH
12v 4.5ah
54 wh 6a rate sanyo
5.5 inches long
1.92 diameter
I found one on line but over 100.00
