Great question. I was about to buy another with this deal just to compare with mine from Amazon. Tint difference really, since my standby draw is only 60uA which I think is fine considering many higher reports in reviews.

Sorry dont know, anyway the drain is not an issue if you ask me, not many users keep their lights fully charged without using for weeks/months to make any noticeable difference.
