Sky Lumen has a lot of excellent choices that fit your budget and I guarantee will leave you in awe of their performances.

I have one of these. You should know that on the two highest levels it gets insanely hot. In my experience with this light, the two brightest levels are great for about 60 seconds of use. I rarely use the light beyond level four of six.
