My Mac's Ti Tri-EDC SET-up:
4 Modes with Hybrid Memory (stores last used mode, mode change results in reverting to the first mode in the mode list). Moonlight-Low-Medium-High.
Moonlight: approximately less than 1 lumen;
Low: around 10 lumes;
Medium: around 100 lumens;
High: around 300 lumens only.
Mode Memory Duration: 1 second.

Awesome!!! 
Frank re-programmed my Ti Tri-EDC about 3 weeks ago.
The service was impeccable!! He received my light on a Saturday. And I had
it back in my hands the following Thursday. So exactly 7 days it took.
I couldn't be happier with my set-up. Frank transformed the light from "ok"
to "Amazing" light for EDC.
Last mode memory
.5 sec latch
Moonlight
Low
med
hi
Turbo
after 2 minutes Turbo(100%) steps down to turbo-low (70%)
to control heat buildup.
Also has Low-voltage monitoring cutoff,
Frank is very talented, and impressed me!
I dunno why other people are having different results with Frank.
I don't know the whole stories. But for me, he has been a standup guy!
I hope everything gets worked out for these other members.

There are currently no issues with Frank that I know of.
