Lithium Ion Battery pack help needed

I just bought a Magic Shine clone and i need a 4 cell 18650 battery pack to power it. Can someone recommend me a reliable battery under $30

I am looking for a 7.4V 4x18650 and about 5600mAh to power the single Cree XM-L T6 light.

Those panovo ones look very rigid (and possibly brittle), how do they hold up in crashes? (not that i ever have any... no never *cough*)

If you secure it to the rails on your saddle it should be safe from crashes, as long as the cable is long enough.
