OS by Petzl 3.1 problem

I recently update my OS by Petzl software from 2.8.4 to 3.1.174. I added a few personal profiles to the "available profiles" window, but when I try to drag one of them to the lamp window I get an error stating I should contact Petzl. Anyone else having this issue? I have a Petzl NAO. Thanks!

I have a petzl nao as well. I have the 575 lumen 2014 version. I also upgraded the software to the latest version. Was using it with my RXP and R+ lights for the last couple months. I have created and ran several different profiles since installing the new software and have not received any errors like you reported. Maybe try uninstalling and reinstalling all together.

I am on a Mac so not sure if that makes a difference as well.
