I shipped a pair of HDS Rotary tails to Henry last week, to replace the rubber buttons. He was extremely helpful and supportive during my initial inquiry.

I just got a return tracking number, just 3 days after he received the package from me. The turnaround was much faster than I expected, and he did it at no charge. He did not even ask me pay for return postage.
