The diodes are different. We don`t know, what type of tint is used in the Tool XP-G2 R5.
You compare cold and warm lights, that have different specifications. What is the exact question?

Are you stupid Armytek? Why am i repeating my self all the time talking to you? THE TWO LIGHTS ON THE BOTTOM IN THE PICTURE IS THE SAME LED. THEY ARE COMPLETELY DIFFERENT TINT THAN ALL THE OTHER PARTNER WARM LIGHTS I HAVE PUT SIDE BY SIDE. THE PHOTO DOES NOT SHOW THE DIFFERENCE TINT IN REAL LIFE. I PUT A COLD LED TO SHOW WHAT COLD LOOK LIKE WHEN COMPARED. I NEVER BUY ARMYTEK AGAIN WHEN THERE IS NOTHING BUT TROUBLE WITH YOUR LIGHTS.
You wont get a video either for the fift time. I explain to you so you dont need a video.....

Over and out with Armytek.

You have sent the mail to service specialist, not me. That`s why I didn`t understand your problem from the first time.
Excuse me for such misunderstanding, but I ask you to keep calm and not being so rude.
Our specialist will see into your question and explain you the details.

HippieTom - your rudeness is WAY beyond acceptable! ArmyTek is obviously trying to help you and I imagine there is quite a bit of a language barrier contributing to misunderstandings. Regardless - take some time off.

Sorry Armytek. No need for me to take that tone to you. I always loved your lights and i thought i would never buy any other brand again after finding you.
But i now have 5 armyteks. I have a Viking 2.5 that is not working in low mode, only now and then. My Partner C2 is a strange tint and the strobe not working. A predator V2.0 and Viking 2.5 with very worn threads, despite i have cleaned and lubed them every time they get dirty. No other lights in my collection have that problem. So i don't trust your lights as much as i did before. I really wish i could because your Design, name, anodizing, leds, specs and feel is just awesome. You just need better quality control before i buy again. Ill continue follow the reviews.

And Greta. I will be polite. Sorry

hi Armytek...

I'm looking at the Partner C2 PRO and have a question regarding operation...

the instruction manual says "To switch to the Firefly mode press and hold the side button"

Can you confirm that it will do this from an OFF state?
Or is that function only active with the light turned ON?

Thanks Scott

Having own a Partner C2 for ~half a year, it's only 2 weeks ago that I discovered that my tail-cap retaining ring was shredded... :ohgeez:

ArmyTekPartnerC2_Tailring.jpg

I guess it's just sheer luck that shredded piece never shorted the 18650 battery (Panasonic 3400mAH, unprotected) and the fact I'm in the habit of always locking out the tail cap when not using (a habit carry from the first days I own a SureFire).
I have several Armytek flashlights and headlamps and I like them all (despite 2 of them having electronic anomalies), this is the first physical QC issue I have.
Have since removed the shredded piece and sanded the inner wall of the retaining ring, all is good now, still one of my go to night light. :grin2:
Hope my next Armytek light will have a better QC. :poke:

The price of the C4 has been corrected...$100 now. The C2 is out too for 95.00. I don't have any Partner. I think I will make the move the the new XHP35 in waiting of the Dobermann...

I got my Partner A1 in a couple days ago and so far I am pleased. So far my only suggestion is a deeper carry clip. I took the clip off a Prime and put it on as those have the extra bend in them. Now it sits deeper in the pocket. I do have one question, and maybe I just missed it in my reading. Is there an output difference when running on Nihm vs li-ion? I have a 14500 in it now but I have plenty of Eneloops I will use if the output is the same. Thanks. Oh, and are there any runtime graphs for the various chemistries?

I don't own the Partner Pro but do have have the Tiara Pro and Prime A1. They appear brighter to my eyes when running 14500 than NiMH. Sorry no graphs etc. Not sure if the Partner parts are interchangeable like the Prime but it runs for a long long time using a C2 body and 18650.
