Peak physical address?

I searched and found some info about Peak sending out replacement lenses for their lights if you send a SASE, but I guess the address I found was an old one...I'm sending them an e-mail but thought that someone might have the updated address.
The (wrong) noe I used was:
29834 N. Cave Creek #118-249
