IM looking for a charger that can charge my prepackaged batteries. I have 2 types for different bike lights
4.2V and 8.4V and they have an end connector to the grouped batts. The Batteries are 18650s

What is the correct voltage to charge the 4.2v and 8.4v
And
Is there a proper Current to charge them at - xx C The batteries sets i have has various mAh associated with them.

TIA

Didn't your setup come with a charger? That would be the one to use if it did.

If they are regular lithium ion 3.7v batteries your charger will charge to 4.2v.
The 8.4v one must be 2 lithium ion batteries in series. You will need a hobby charger for that one and then the proper connector for it.

I charge my 3100mAh batteries anywhere between 400mA to 1 amp depending on the charger I'm using.

This is just a vague answer without really seeing the batteries or the connector.
