Re: Will you support my 1st light?

I think you know my answer already, you were so good to me, with the BLFGT
VN , sending everything including a battery charger before I even had a chance to pay for it, so everything was ready when I finally got out of the hospital! How can I say no? Some how between all those medical bills, I will find the cash for a new "celebration of life light",

Vinh, what type of light is this intended to be?
For example is this a pocket light, a keychain light, something larger that's not for a pocket, maybe more of a bedstand light or by the door light...

I swear the real golden rule is:
Compact Size, High Brightness, Long Runtime

Now pick two of those

Re: Will you support my 1st light?

I read Tesla made the 21700 battery so multiple cells spacing is an advantage over the 26650 and 18650. How about a multiple 21700 cell powered flashlight. No one has done it yet.

We respect your ideas.. but this is his first light.. he is probably want to start with basic and simple.. i will say he use 18650 in his first light and 26650/21700 in the future..

Re: Will you support my 1st light? "Project Genesis"

Since 2008 I have done quite a few projects. Some rather complicated and beyond me. But this is the first time I am this excited and nervous. There are too many lights on the market so building something unique is difficult. Perhaps too much pride is involved but if its Made in USA I sure as hell want it boldly represented.

If it's a flooder [or X65 type all-arounder) and the price is fair, count me in.

Hey something I actually know about! 7075 has a higher zinc content and withstands pressures that some steels do. It's a beast of an alloy.
