Congrats, Eggie. It's a very nice light. The patina develops very gradually in my experience but does so in a very uniform manner, unlike pure copper or brass which can be quite dramatic and variable. This is more subtle.

It's actually my fave Ion or Aeon, even more than the titanium versions, which of course are very nice too.

My AlumiBronze Ion is one of the lights I swore I'd never sell, and never upgrade the emitter on either.

Love it every time I see one in a thread.

Is the HA natural ION still available ? i'm really on the fence about trying one.. i have seen a few videos on these and they seem perfect little lights. high is perfect for most uses
