Yes I believe so, but haven't ran on that battery config yet. The input voltage is between 5.5-12volts; but please verify what specific chemistry you have on your 18350.

I copy/pasted this from the Malkoff site:

"This is the Malkoff Devices P90 style High Output*Drop-in LED Upgrade*Conversion*with solid brass heatsink construction.**The output is*approximately 700 measured out the front*lumens at turn on and*575 continuous. The current draw is*approximately 1000ma at*9 volts. The full output*runtime is approximately*45-60 minutes on*three CR123 primary batteries with a nice long taper as voltage drops. It will easily illuminate objects at 200+ feet and will blind opponents within a 100 foot radius. The LED is a*Warm White (3000K 80 CRI)*Cree XP-L.*
