Keep the ideas coming, we are considering all of them. We might not be able to do all of them, but we can sure do some of them. Speaking of which, does anybody like this prototype minimag bezel:

The pictures are a little blurry and the finished product will not be that color, but I think you get the idea. Any interest?

Man... I'm getting off the SF lego-ism for while for the purpose of reducing costs (just finished lamenting to another CPF'er about this), and you have to go revive my predilection toward Minimag-o-ism.

Oh well...

Requesting both shiny red, and shiny black, matching OEM colors closely as possible.

I have "purpose" for both colors.

Paypal locked and loaded, I hate to say... lol.

Multiple color options, as close to the same as the original colors, is the plan. No ETA yet but we're working on it.

Sounds like a good idea. I think so far we have:

Custom C/D Mag switches inc deep/lanyard/etc.
Deeper Mag Bezel

I think that's most or all of the ideas so far, I'll take another look to make sure and post a poll later today or tomorrow.

It's a bit too long and forky for my liking.

Both of those are the same length, actually
The only difference is the color (i left it lighter in the first one to better differentiate the bezel from the rest of the mini-mag).

Another good idea. I haven't done the poll yet, but I will add that to it when I do.

I like most of the ideas here, but thought I'd chime in and support the less aggressive bezel. Or produce both --there are millions of mags out there.

How about a bezel that accepts clip-in color filters? or does someone hold a patent on that

Also, not sure if this fits your theme, but multipurpose gadgets for automotive use seem the way to go. If we have a window breaker, why not add a whistle, an empty chamber for a firestarter/survival supplies, etc. It could be a case that accepts a mini-mag as a slide-in. That way every mini mag owner would "need" one of these, and you can expand bezel, tailcap, and elsewhere on the add-on case. Adding GITD / reflector/ signal mirror, seat-belt cutter are always good, too.
