LG 18650 ME1 2100mAh (Orange)
Official specifications:
This is an older LiIon cell with fairly low capacity and moderate current capability.
The two cells match perfectly and they can more than rated current.
Conclusion
Some time ago this was a very good cell that could deliver a moderate current, but capacity is not up to today's standard and most batteries can deliver more current today.
Notes and links
I saw some specifications say it is 4.35V cell, they must be wrong. I tested at 4.20V and got the rated capacity!
Vapcell told me that I was missing some cells in my comparator and they would be happy to supply them.
How is the test done and how to read the charts
How is a protected LiIon battery constructed
