Did he run out of reflectors? ( This is just an assumption, since problems with the head bodies are unlikely, it seems that it was mentioned somewhere that he makes them himself or someone makes them for him in Hawaii, that is, nearby)

Or the demand is so small compared to haiku and others that it makes no sense to make a new batch.
