Uh oh, I'm not sure if my PP account will be ready by then.

Dave do you offer any sort of Indentured Servant Program or anything?

The sales thread "SPY Tri-V sales thread #1" will be posted as a separate thread here in the Cool Fall Forum. The post time of the sale will be just after 12:00 PM (noon) Eastern time, USA (about 12 hours from now). It is only for the first five lights. Other sales threads will follow as the lights are assembled.

:)

Cheers

Good luck to everyone who is hoping to land one from this batch.

I'm out for this round and I'm hoping to be ready to go once the 4th or 5th round rolls out.

I wonder if I should go for the first few batches, or wait till all the problems are resolved if any. I live in asia and it will cost alot of shipping to get new reprogramming.

gtwace,

If you have the means, I wouldn't let that issue disrupt your intentions. Data is definitely the type to fully vet the light before releasing it.

Think there is an error on the description page :

100% Duty Cycle Limit:
• spot 1000mA

Consider this scenario. You program the spot to run at 2000mA and turn it on. It will run at 2000 for 30 seconds then it will slowly cut back over the next 15 seconds to 1400mA and stay there till you switch to another emitter or turn the light off.

So is the DCL for spot 1000mA or 1400mA ?

Thanks for pointing that error out. It is 1000mA. I fixed the OP.

No one has done waterproof tests because the light is not waterproof. It is water resistant and if you get it wet you should dry it out before use again.
